Gift vouchers can be redeemed on all West Gippsland Arts Centre shows and memberships. Vouchers are not valid at the bar or café and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no exchanges or refunds permitted once items are purchased.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online, on the phone, or at the Box Office counter. To redeem, simply enter the 16-digit voucher code at checkout and the credit will be applied to your order. Unused amounts will result in a new voucher code being issued, for you to use on a future purchase.
West Gippsland Arts Centre gift vouchers do not expire.
