the Gippsland Symphony Orchestra as they celebrate 10 years of
music-making and experience the enchantment and excitement of live
classical music.
Borrowing from the great classical composer
Beethoven's Symphony No:1, the gateway to Romanticism. Symphony No.1 also
points towards the undeniable brilliance of Beethoven and is rightly
considered one of the most pivotal symphonies ever composed. Arturo
Marquez's dance No. 2 is a lively and invectious dance of contemporary
composition capturing the essence of Latin American rhythms and exploes
the richness of orchestra colur. Beethoven's King Stephen Overture
is a powerful orchestral work that reflects Beethoven's mastery of
orchestration and dramatic expression.
The Gippsland Chamber
Singers will enhance the performance with rich vocal harmonies, adding
depth and emotion.
